From end of Iconoclasm to fall of Constantinople

The second part of the presentation covers the period of Byzantine history from the end of iconoclasm (843), through the flourishing period of the Macedonian dynasty, the slow decay during the rule of the Komnenos, the entanglement in the Crusades, the rule of the Latins, until the fall of Constantinople in 1453 as a result of the Turkish conquest.
